There is a plastic liner under the base material, a brick curb installed by hand around the HydroGrid Tennis Court and a one-inch thick layer of the Har-Tru surface material for the best tennis court available today. Welch Representatives can go into more detail on both courts as needed, and many references and awards lists are available too. Also wood fence is a nice option for a country look.
